When Sleigh’s marketing team sat down with Will Parkes, Head Chef at The Pig in the Cotswolds, they discovered a deep commitment to quality, care, and craftsmanship in every dish.

At The Pig, the journey from landscape to plate is direct and intentional. Chef Will Parkes leads with a simple yet powerful concept: the 25-mile menu. Sourcing 90% of ingredients from within 25 miles, much of it from their own gardens, he ensures each plate is a true reflection of the land.
