We’re delighted to be attending the London comes to Glasgow open day Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust on Sunday 5th July! Hop on board at Charlotte Square, Edinburgh and we’ll take you to the Bridgeton Bus Garage for a day of vintage buses, stalls, and displays. Suggested donation of £10 each way, cash on the day.

Hop on board RM875 at Charlotte Square, Edinburgh from 8.45am for 9am sharp. This historic Routemaster worked in Glasgow for Clydeside Scottish in the late 1980s under its earlier guise of RM666.

We will be departing Bridgeton at 4.30pm to return to Charlotte Square. Request stops will be available on route (but no detours!).

£10 suggested donation each way – travel one way or return. Cash only on the day.

The McElwraths certainly brought the celebratory spirit at their fabulous wedding a couple of Summers ago 🎉

Guests hopped on board for a scenic drive en route to a formal ceremony and dinner at the gorgeous Gilmerton House after which, we whisked everyone away for a night enjoying Edinburgh’s historic city centre.

We adore being a part of all the fun and creative ways our couples choose to celebrate with their loved ones ♥️

“We made a relatively last minute decision to hire the Red Bus for our wedding, and we are so pleased we did - it was an absolute highlight of the day! The company was always very responsive and clearly took a lot of care and attention to detail in responding to all our questions. They went above and beyond in helping us figure out a schedule for our day, which included multiple pick ups and drop offs. On the day, they arrived early and seamlessly transported our guests to and from the ceremony and reception venues. Not only was hiring the Red Bus extremely practical, it really did add a certain magic to the day. The pure joy of everyone sitting together on the bus, newly married, sipping on a Pimm’s cup or G&T, singing along to songs and taking in the stunning Edinburgh views - it was absolutely perfect. Our guests all adored the bus - especially our youngest guest at 16 months old - and we all felt like celebrities driving through Edinburgh! Whilst the decision to hire the bus was primarily motivated by the need to transport guests from A to B, the Red Bus delivered so much more than that - it added pure joyful magic to our day. Thank you.”
