I just wanted to apologise if I’ve been a little slower getting back to anyone with new enquiries over the last few weeks. As a one-woman band, my priority has been supporting customers already away or with bookings affected by the current Middle East disruption.
This is exactly why using a travel agent really matters ✈️
If my customers are affected while travelling, I’m only ever a message away no long call centre queues, no waiting on hold for hours.

I’m now off to (hopefully) switch off for a few days and will be back on Thursday… refreshed? Who’s kidding 😂

Travel Update 🌍✈️

I know many of you are feeling concerned about the current situation in the Middle East. It’s an ever-changing and worrying time, and those feelings are completely understandable.

My thoughts are with everyone living in the affected areas, and with all those who are directly impacted during this very difficult period.
Please be reassured:
✔️ All package holidays are ATOL/ABTA protected
✔️ I follow official FCDO travel advice at all times
✔️ Any changes or options will always be guided by government advice and tour operator policies
If official advice changes for your destination, I will contact you directly — you won’t need to reach out first.

❌️For now, I kindly ask that customers with holidays booked further in the future hold off on contacting me for updates. The situation is evolving, and my priority is supporting customers who are currently in resort or due to travel to, or transit through, the Middle East in the immediate future.❌️

This is also a reminder of why booking with a travel agent really matters, you’re never on your own. I’m here to support you every step of the way and make sure someone always has your back.

Even when you don’t see it, I’m often working quietly behind the scenes. Travel doesn’t run on office hours, and neither do I when it comes to supporting my customers. When plans don’t go as expected or an emergency arises, I know how to step in quickly, take action, and help put things right , so you never have to deal with it alone.
