The grand re-opening of The Palm Terrace Restaurant in Bridgetown, Barbados

Fairmont Royal Pavilion is proud to announce its recent relaunch of the renowned Palm Terrace Restaurant. This grill inspired “pop-up” restaurant now features a thoughtfully created menu which perfectly combines traditional Caribbean flavours with the art of charcoal grilling. An extensive mocktail and cocktail selection can also be found here alongside a stunning collection of fine wines, including assistance with finding flawless wine and food pairings.

The bar & lounge area has been completely transformed to allow for a more luxurious and tranquil atmosphere.. elegant accents of wood and marble go hand in hand with neutral shades of cream, coral and blue.. paired with stylish décor and floral furnishings to perfectly and successfully enhance the restaurants breathtaking oceanfront location.

Please join us in welcoming the latest member of our reservations team Arti Wilkie. Born and raised in Barbados, Arti brings with her a strong Bajan heritage and prior experience within the industry – including working on the island as a customer service representative for 3 years followed by holding the title of a Luxury Villa/Property Manager for 11 years.

During this time, Arti has obtained vital first-hand knowledge of an array of hotels currently featured in our destination portfolio as well as inside and out familiarity of the island enabling her to give advice like no other. Having said this, we are both excited and confident she will make a key asset to the team.

Jennifer Barlow has recently joined our ever-growing reservations team bringing with her 4 years’ worth of experience within the luxury travel industry, Jennifer is passionate and a very highly motivated individual.
Over the years, Jennifer has had the privilege of visiting some wonderful places around the world including destinations currently featured in our Aviate Journey’s portfolio such as Barbados, Florida, South Africa, Dubai and Oman.

Saint Lucia Records Best August Ever 🍾
Am impressive total of 34,342 stay-over arrivals was recorded in August 2019, make the largest number of arrivals ever recorded for that particular month. Double-digit increases were recorded in three main markets and here at Aviate Journeys we are thrilled to see the UK grew by 12%.
