🥾 Stairway to Heaven, County Fermanagh
If you’re looking for a walk that literally feels like you’re climbing into the clouds… this is it. ☁️

The Stairway to Heaven in County Fermanagh is part of the incredible Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail, also known as the Legnabrocky Trail.
This stunning stretch of wooden boardwalk leads you up Cuilcagh Mountain, guiding you safely over blanket bog before the famous steep staircase climb to the summit.

📍 What to Expect:
Around 11km return (allow 2.5–3.5 hours)
A steady incline with a final leg-burner at the steps
Unreal panoramic views over Fermanagh and beyond
One of Ireland’s most unique hiking experiences
On a clear day, the views are simply breathtaking. On a misty day? It feels wild, dramatic and almost otherworldly.

Top tip: Go early. It’s popular for a reason 😉
Have you conquered the Stairway to Heaven yet? Or is it on your Irish bucket list? 👇
