📍Location will be at Tully Mill Complex while also supporting outdoor events and catering. Please note, these roles are hospitality focused and will include evening & weekends.
✅Assistant Manager at Tully Mill Restaurant and Cottages - supports the day-to-day running of the restaurant and accommodation operations. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, assisting with scheduling and training team members, handling customer enquiries or complaints, and helping manage bookings for both the restaurant and cottages. The Assistant Manager also works closely with the Manager to maintain smooth operations, oversee stock and supplies, and ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met, while contributing to a welcoming and professional guest experience.
✅Supervisor at Tully Mill Restaurant and Cottages - is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant floor and supporting the smooth running of the cottages. The role includes leading and supporting team members during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest enquiries, coordinating reservations and bookings, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The
Supervisor also assists with staff training, monitors service quality, and helps resolve any customer issues to ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.
✅Commis Chef at Tully Mill Restaurant - will join our passionate and dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves food and wants to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to prepare fresh ingredients, assist in creating beautifully presented dishes, and help deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will gain hands-on experience across different sections of the kitchen while learning the standards and techniques required to produce outstanding food. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and able to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
