We've had another stunning review!! We are only a small, family run buisiness, and we are learning all the time, but sometimes you can't help feeling a bit pleased with yourself!! We are so delighted we got the following from our lovely guest this week:

'The pictures don’t quite do this place justice - it was absolutely beautiful and the hosts were very accommodating.
The property was beautifully furnished, well equipped and so much space. The kitchen was great for cooking and the living room perfect for socialising. But the garden was the cherry on top! We eat all our meals outside, which lead to a very relaxing few days.
The village is also so peaceful and in a convenient place for us to get the Hay-on-Wye. We took advantage of the local pub and had a really good meal out.'

This is a lovely option for a day out! It's about half an hour from Ewyas Harold, in Welsh Wales!

Have you been to Goytre Wharf near Abergavenny? It's a lovely, relaxing day out with beautiful scenery.

If you're visiting, make sure to board a Community Boat Trip starting from Goytre Wharf Visitor Centre. These peaceful cruises run every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (10:30am – 3:30pm). Led by a friendly, experienced crew, the trips are accessible with two dedicated wheelchair spaces and a disability friendly toilet onboard and the dementia-friendly crew ensure everyone can enjoy the journey.
