📢 Out of Office

Just a quick note to say I’ll be out of the office all day tomorrow as I’m attending our annual UK Conference in Manchester ❤️ ✨

🌍✨ Where in the World am I this Wednesday? ✨🌍

What a week it has been! 💛✈️

This week has been a mixture of client planning, exciting bookings, a very special award win, and a little time spent with family and friends.

One of my favourite tasks this week has been arranging sunset drinks in Santorini for a client travelling later this summer, securing a reservation at the wonderful PK Cocktail Bar 🍸🌅 - One of my favourite spots overlooking the Caldera. It’s those little extras and personal touches that help turn a holiday into a truly memorable experience.

This week’s bookings and enquiries have included:

🇹🇭 Booking a holiday to Thailand
🚢 Re-quoting a cruise for next summer
🇮🇹 Planning a special birthday trip to Rome
🏝️ Re-quoting an Ibiza holiday
💼 Re-quoting a business group trip to Prague for 2027
🏕️ A new Eurocamp enquiry for Summer 2027
🇮🇹 Continuing to work on an Italian Lakes itinerary for 2027
❄️ Booking airport hotels and parking arrangements for a client

Alongside the exciting new enquiries, there’s also been plenty happening behind the scenes:

📋 Holiday amendments and itinerary updates
✈️ Fine-tuning existing bookings
📧 Client communications and travel planning
✨ Adding those little extras that make all the difference

On a personal note, I had the privilege of attending the travel awards in Bristol and was absolutely delighted to be named ‘Luxury Travel Curator of the Year ‘🏆✨

A huge thank you to my wonderful clients for your continued support—it genuinely means the world.

Following the awards, I headed up to Chester for a lovely weekend catching up with friends and family before the next adventure begins.

And over the next few days, I’ll be heading to Manchester for our annual travel conference, catching up with industry colleagues, hearing the latest travel updates and bringing back even more inspiration for future trips ✈️

From Thailand and Santorini sunsets to cruises, city breaks and business travel, it’s been another busy week!

I’m still letting it sink in after winning Luxury Travel Curator of the Year at the Travel Gossip South West Wales Awards in Bristol on Thursday evening 🏆

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has commented, messaged, called and sent their congratulations over the last day. The support has been overwhelming and I’m so grateful 🙏

One of the loveliest parts of the evening was hearing that the award reflects the way I approach every holiday I plan. I genuinely treat every trip as if it were my own, giving it the time, care and attention it deserves 🤩

A busy one today! 💛✈️

This week I’ve:

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Received a new enquiry for two families looking to travel at Easter 2027

🚢 Been adding exciting excursions to a Fjords cruise, including a husky tour 🐕❄️ – definitely a trip-of-a-lifetime experience!

🛳️ Re-quoted a cruise for Summer 2027, helping clients plan ahead for their next adventure.

🤝 Had a great meeting with Steve from Exectransfers, discussing future opportunities and ways we can continue to enhance my clients’ travel experiences.

☕ Got a client meeting in the diary today to catch up with one of my regular clients to plan their next adventure.

📋 Been tackling the usual behind-the-scenes admin, whilst looking after exciting client bookings and making sure everything is running smoothly.

✨ And getting prepared for the Travel Awards in Bristol tomorrow!

I've recently booked a short UK break with Charlotte. I gave her a brief as we knew what we wanted and she came up with some excellent options, including something under a hour away that I would never have looked for myself.

She made the booking so easy and even phoned up the resort to check something for me, saving me the hassle.
