A lovely afternoon walking from Flushing (a 10 min drive from Kingfisher Holiday Cottage, Pendra Loweth, Falmouth) to Mylor and return. Spectacular views of Falmouth, the docks and across to St Mawes Castle on the Roseland Peninsula. Approximately 3.5 miles round trip on a good reasonably level path. Lunch at Cafe Mylor, Cornwall was lovely with the breakfast bap for Mark and healthy Quinoa salad bowl for me (so I can have a couple of glasses of w**e later 🙂)

On our way to Botallack on the SE coast we visited NT Trengwainton Gardens. No entry to the house but a pleasant walk through woods up to the terrace where there are lovely views out to sea. About 3/4 mile walk on a gentle incline with good wide paths suitable for buggies etc.
A small cafe and walled gardens on site. Worth visiting en route elsewhere and if you’re a NT member…..
