A perfect family day aboard Ellihaye ☀️⚓️

We welcomed a lovely family aboard for a private charter and set off from Falmouth in near-perfect conditions. Cruising past Gyllyngvase, Swanpool, and Maenporth, we made our way towards the stunning Helford Passage, where the sunshine and calm seas made for an unforgettable journey.

After dropping anchor for a relaxed lunch in the Helford, we headed back out to sea before making our way towards St Anthony Head and into beautiful St Mawes. The sheltered waters off Place provided the perfect spot for swimming and paddleboarding, with the stunning backdrop of St Mawes completing the scene.

Of course, no birthday celebration would be complete without cake 🎂, enjoyed before we cruised back to Pendennis, rounding off a truly special day on the water.

Days like these are what summer on the Cornish coast is all about. 🌊✨

Yesterday’s trip was extra special as we welcomed guests celebrating Jerry’s birthday 🎉⚓️

Setting off from Falmouth, we cruised past Pendennis Point, Gyllyngvase and Swanpool before heading towards the beautiful Helford River. Although the skies were grey, the weather was kind to us and the rain stayed away 🌊

We passed the bustling Ferryboat Inn before making our way into Port Navas — a place filled with memories from family holidays and sailing days gone by ❤️

After dropping anchor for a relaxing lunch stop, we began our journey home with a north-westerly breeze behind us, making for a comfortable trip back.

A lovely day full of stories, memories and stunning Cornish scenery ✨

What a wonderful day Stacey and her family had on Sunday. We were all hoping for warm, dry weather—and thankfully, it didn’t disappoint.

We set off from Falmouth to visit the seals, enjoying views of Pendennis Castle and St Anthony’s along the way. After exploring the coastline, we made our way towards St Mawes, where we dropped anchor and enjoyed a relaxing lunch. That was followed by a quick dip in the sea—refreshing would be an understatement!

Afterwards, we headed back towards Falmouth, rounding off a fantastic day on the water.
