Our meetings We're a friendly camera club on the beautiful Suffolk Coast.

Felixstowe Photographic Society was established in 1948 for the 'advancement of Photography as an Art and a Science through the mutual assistance and friendly criticism between its members'. Today the society welcomes anyone who has an interest in photography, where we provide a friendly atmosphere combining competitions with guest speakers, members’ workshops and demonstrations. This week we were greatly entertained and educated by our speaker Roger Hance, who presented 'All the gear, no idea'. He displayed prints and projected images demonstrating skills in wildlife, landscape, portraiture, macro and many others. More importantly, he explained to members the necessary equipment and techniques to improve their own photography.
