The Foxes Burrow Caravan Drop us a message to check availability. On the caravan we have a key safe box which is where we keep the keys.

We are in love with our family holiday home and would love to be able to share it with our friends and family.

The foxes burrow 🦊 is a brand new 2022 Wimbledon ABI Caravan, that sleeps 8. THE FOXES BURROW CARAVAN is our family owned holiday home located on a spacious corner plot of Rose Bank at Primrose Valley Holiday park. You have a view of the sea and the beautiful Bempton Cliffs,

It’s located between the Lakehouse and the main entertainment complex meaning it is a short walk to both. The nearest route down to the beach is an ideal 5 minutes away. 

Our outside Area has an enclosed wrap around decking with ample outside seating. 

The kitchen / Living area is a perfect space perfect for making unforgettable memories giving you:
⁃ A freestanding dining table and chairs,
⁃ A large L shape sofa,
- A 42” smart TV complete with Freeview
⁃ A fireplace
⁃ Integrated Bluetooth speakers
⁃ A modern shaker kitchen with oven, microwave, a full size fridge/ freezer and even a dishwasher.
⁃ The kitchen is also fully equipped with all cooking essentials such as pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, toaster and kettle.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The caravan has 3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and along with the double sofa bed in the living area, it sleeps 8 guests in total. The caravan has a shower, wash basin and toilet in the bathroom, with a 2nd toilet and wash basin separate en-suite to the master. Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels.


Heating: The caravan is fully central heated throughout. There is also a gas fire in the lounge. 

Arrival & Departure: Check In for the caravan is from 1pm on your arrival date. The code and further details will be sent via email as part of your booking confirmation. Check Out is before 11am on the last day of your holiday. Our changeover days are Monday's & Friday's.

Important Info: Please note that entertainment passes for the complex onsite are not included in the rental cost you can purchase these using your booking reference which will be detailed in your booking confirmation email. You can also purchase them at reception when you arrive. Passes are not needed to stay in the caravan itself.
