This caravan has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 or 7 with a baby with a travel cot. Two twin rooms and one double with dressing table and en suite.
With a modern seaside feel this caravan boasts open plan living area with french doors off the main space that lead on to the decked veranda, perfect for enjoying those warmer nights in the fresh sea air.
There is a dining table, full size fridge/freezer and a fully equipped kitchen, including air fryer. There is also free private wifi. A selection of DVD's, toys, games and Netflix in the main bedroom and living room area there is a tv/Dvd playing in twin room 1.
The caravan also has double glazing and gas central heating for cozier nights in the winter months. The caravan has allocated parking and is on a spacious pitch with grassed area to the side for children to play. It is in a quiet, central part of the park, just 5 minute walk from the main complex (reception, shop, Wetherspoons, clubs restaurants and arcades.) I get lots of compliments on the location of this caravan.
THE PARK
Primrose Valley is perfect for families, couples and singles alike who enjoy full on action packed holidays but also for those who like a more relaxed vibe. Primrose Valley really does have it all and it's up to you, what you get involved in!
If you want a more relaxed holiday, you can get free access to:
🏝 Direct beach access from the park, with a dog friendly beach, all year round. Just a 20 minute walk along the beach in to Filey, where there are lots of dog friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs, with local shops and amusements too. Or a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to the beautiful cliff top cafe at Reighton gap, with views over the beach and out to sea. Perfect for a fresh spring walk or a full summers day at the beach.

If you wanted full access to the entertainments programme, you need to purchase fun passes direct from haven, which will give you access to the following, full on, action packed experience:
🌊 Swimming. There are three swimming pool areas on the park. The splash waterworld has three separate pools within it including beach style pool for the younger ones, whirlpool bath areas, slides, jets, streams, fountains, the list is endless. The other pool at the lakeside building also has a slide and whirlpool bath area. There are two pools located outside which open, weather dependant, usually from May through to September.
🎤Evening entertainment in two venues (which includes children's shows, family games, bingo, live acts etc) In the summer, the outdoor stage also hosts events and the outdoor cinema also regularly plays.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
🏖 Filey is a beautiful seaside village just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk down the beach from Primrose Valley. Here you will find lots of dog friendly restaraunts, bars, quirky shops and a small amusements. The beach here is beautiful and meets Filey Brigg where there are lots of opportunities for crabbing and exploring the rocks.
🏞 Filey also has its own local park.
⛳ There is also a foot golf and crazy golf in Filey.
🏊 Filey boasts an outdoor swimming pool in the warmer months.
🍲 The Evron centre hosts lots of events throughout the year, including Filey food festival!
🐦 Filey also has its own Birds of Prey Centre, which is ideal for an afternoon, looking at their animals (not just birds) and playing in their parks and open spaces.
🐮 Not forgetting a trip to Playdale farm park. We bought our Guinea Pigs from here. It's such a wonderful park. Lots of animals to see, a lovely cafe and an indoor barn, soft play area and outdoor activities, such as Frisby golf!!! An excellent family day out.
🏖 Filey is perfectly located between Scarborough and Bridlington. Two bustling Yorkshire seaside towns. Each with their own goodies, including town centres packed with shops, bars and restaraunts. They also have fairgrounds, amusements, open top bus tours and are on the beach front. You won't be short of things to do in either of these towns.

£70 deposit secures your chosen date and is refunded back to you within 7 days of you leaving providing there is no damage to the caravan, but is non refundable upon cancellation. The balance is not due until 6 weeks before arrival or in installments of any amount up to that date. If it is a last minute break that you are booking I can be flexible with the final balance payment date. Please just speak to me about this.
