Just a little update regarding bookings and check-in days for Jim’s Plaice by the Sea 🏡

To help us keep the bungalow maintained to the highest standards for every guest, we now have set check-in and check-out days in place. This allows us to coordinate cleaners and laundry services efficiently, as well as carry out regular maintenance and upkeep throughout the property.

As many of you know, I’ll also be personally checking in on the bungalow regularly to make sure everything stays beautiful, comfortable and perfect for your stay ❤️

When searching for availability on the website, please use the following booking patterns:

Quick tour of Jim’s Plaice by the sea.
Imagine waking up with these beautiful sea views.. 1 min from Cliffe top for a beautiful sunrise.
Its the most beautiful place to be all year round I even love winter here.
We have stayed ourselves the last 2 Christmas.
In winter the waves and sea is so rough its amazing to watch.

🌊✨ Another weekend of hard work at Jim’s Plaice by the Sea… and she’s sparkling! ✨🌊

I’ve been a very busy girl this weekend getting our little seaside home ready for our next guests. 🧽🫧

The UPVC, patio and outdoor furniture have all had a good jet wash, followed by a thorough top-to-bottom clean inside. Everything is fresh, clean and ready for our next visitors. 🏡✨

But it’s not just a holiday let… we want you to feel right at home from the moment you arrive. ❤️

Imagine waking up, grabbing a cuppa and looking out across the beautiful Filey Bay, before heading out for a stroll along the beach. 🌊☕️

Then back to your cosy home-from-home, putting your feet up in the garden, enjoying the sea air and simply slowing down for a while. 🥰

And of course, our four-legged guests are just as welcome! 🐾❤️
We even leave a little treat for your doggie friends and provide their very own towels for those sandy or splashy adventures!
