This is to ensure that the caravans have been cleaned and are ready for you after the previous guests.

You are renting a private caravan and this has nothing to do with Haven in terms of checking in and whether the caravan is ready for you. Security on the gate are aware of your arrival only!

When booking through myself you are provided with a detailed email, giving information of your check in and out times and what will happen regarding check in. You are also provided with the address of your accommodation and a map showing its location.

𝗜𝗳 we are able to facilitate an earlier check in you will be advised.

Please understand our private cleaning companies are under pressure to turn these vans around in the short time they have available, especially if they come across any problems from the previous guests. We do not want you to arrive at your accommodation and it not be ready for you.

If you arrive on park before your allocated time slot you must use the facilities until 𝟰𝗽𝗺.

I will deal with bookings, deposits & help with any issue you may have prior to your stay. Once the date of your stay has arrived you will be contacted directly by your chosen holiday home owner.
