A change of scenery to the East for some exciting work helping young people get back into the outdoors now they are back at school. Missing my favourite hills but what a sunset on tonights run 🏃🏼‍♀️☀️😍

Definitely a day of 4 seasons today with snow showers and slushy roads in the morning then this beautiful weather this afternoon. A busy day for me today but I made time for a cycle up Glen Nevis this evening. Keeping the legs strong ahead of what’s set to be a busy summer season!☀️🏔❄️

Yes Fort William! What an amazing few days of weather we are having (although apparently it’s snowing tomorrow 🤔) A mad day for me yesterday blasting round the Ring of Steall, so a shorter run today up the closest hill to my house. Small hill - big views! Want to get out to play in the hills this summer - get in touch!☀️⛰🏃🏼‍♀️

This week has been SOGGY but today I managed to avoid all the rain on my run along the West Highland way. Cracking views and I was lucky enough to have the trail to myself! Happy days! 😍🏔🏃🏼‍♀️

A bit of a grey day today over here and windy too! But I headed out to the CIC hut and stopped for my snack once I got there, sheltered by the imposing North Face of Ben Nevis. Pretty atmospheric up there today but definitely worth a visit. This is one of our recommended routes, making a brilliant walk or run. Have a look on the website for more information. ⛰☁️🙂

Meet Roy!
