You are warmly invited to Cรจilidh na Mara, a celebration of Argyll's unique marine environment and cultural heritage through an exhibition and creative workshops, taking place at The Rockfield Centre, Oban, from the 11th of September to the 12th of October.

Book at [https://www.therockfieldcentre.org.uk/whats-on] (scroll down to September)

Opening event, 7pm Friday 11th September. Workshops throughout the day, Saturday 12th September.

This exhibition is a response to Argyll Hope Spot's 2025 Snorkelling Artists Residency. Argyll Hope Spot is a celebration of the life in our seas and the communities on our shores. It is supported by us here at SeatrekScotland along with 6 other coastal community groups across the west coast.

We hope to see you there! ๐Ÿฆญ

Today we had a lot of fun risk assessing (yes you heard that right! ๐Ÿ˜… ) and scouting out some sites for the snorkeling artists residency.

We can't wait to meet the artists and get inspired in the water!

Did you know you're waterproof..?
(and our wetsuits will keep you warm ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

On the West Coast of Scotland, if you didn't get out in the rain, you wouldn't get out at all!

Come on an adventure with us whatever the weather.

Everything was super safe and professional, the bothy was beautiful and comfy, the food was delicious and the bonus swim and seeing the steam train the next day just tipped it over the edge! Thankyou so much guys, a once in a lifetime experience! Actually, we'll be back!' - Gordon

We recently had the pleasure in taking a group of wild swimmers from Loch Leven Sea Savers snorkeling. This was to celebrate the incredible work they have done in gaining bathing water status for their swim spot. ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thanks to Argyll Hope Spot for supporting this amazing achievement.

It was so lovely to meet everyone and showcase the wonders that are below the surface of the water. ๐Ÿฆ€

Wild swimming has grown very popular but how many people put on a mask and discover the world that lies right underneath them as they swim? ๐Ÿคฟ
