und an internal well. As Jesus promises to be a well of life to all who come to Him, our commitment is to be a place of refreshment, restoration and renewal for all who visit us. Foxhill is a remarkable and unique place offering prayerful hospitality and welcome. We have a programme of retreats, study days and training, and are used by churches, and other groups, organisations and individuals of all ages and backgrounds, as a place for recovery and discovery, for teaching and meetings. Foxhill is a resource for mission and evangelism, equipping churches and individuals to share the good news of Jesus in word and action. Foxhill House and Arboretum is set within 70 acres of beautiful Cheshire countryside. We can accommodate up to 28 guests overnight, and cater for up to 80 people. We have rooms suitable for meetings of between 2 and 80 people. Our life is centred around our chapel, where we pray daily and offer a regular pattern of worship. The chapel may also be available for groups to use as part of their visit. Whether you come on your own or with others, whether you are a frequent visitor or coming for the first time, whether you are joining one of our events or using our facilities for your own programme, we look forward to welcoming you to Foxhill. Explore your faith through creativity in the peaceful surroundings of Foxhill.

Using a variety of materials - inks, paints, collage, writing and more - we’ll add pages to our journals and decorate them as we reflect on bible verses on the theme of Light.

The retreat begins with a short act of worship introducing the theme, followed by a gentle introduction to art journaling. No previous art experience is needed, and all materials will be provided. If you’d like to bring anything personal to use, you’re very welcome to do so.

There will be space for reflection, prayer, music and quiet time - a chance to rest, explore, and draw closer to God. Each person’s journal will be unique, and you’ll be able to continue working on your creations at home. Foxhill offers excellent hospitality and a beautiful setting to nourish both body and soul.

Friday 13th – Saturday 14th February - arrivals welcome from 3:30pm An overnight (24 hour) creative retreat led by Jo Whittall and Jo Mackriell on Light in the bible. £170 ~ includes all materials, en-suite accommodation, refreshments and meals.

This day of prayer, reflection, and fellowship will deepen your understanding of your identity as a child of God and strengthen your foundation in faith. Looking for the perfect place to bring your team for the day. We'd love to make you welcome here. A private meeting room is provided to groups to your requirements, equipped AV equipment and flipcharts. Additional rooms can be booked for an extra fee, subject to availability. Our day delegate rate includes a 2 course lunch and refreshments, and is applicable for bookings from 9am to 4pm.

To ensure a smooth booking process, we kindly request a final confirmation of number of guests, their names, access, and dietary requirements at least 2 weeks before the booking date.
