This week has been all Cumbrian Food & Drink. Yesterday taking Great Eccleston ladies on a foodie adventure.

From bakes & cakes, to savoury saucery & sticky puds. We even cheese gated a wedding in Cartmel 😆. Finishing with a shopping op & a Kendal mint cake cream.

Thank you ladies for the fab company & keeping the rain away. Will keep you posted on UK overnight away days……maybe Yorkshire vineyards? Xx

The world of food tourism continues to expand off the beaten track. Check out National Geographic’s latest list. Which includes Kelowna, British Columbia. A place I visited back on my Big Smile tour of North America in 2018. Along with the Vancouver Wine Festival, with my great friend Vicky Jones.

We visited Quails' Gate vineyard, in the snow & had the lunch of a lifetime.

5 years of Bowland & Bay on 1st June & also 5 years in May of meeting t’chap. Taking time out this week to celebrate love, with Mark & Trish .p2019…only took them 15 years to tie the knot 😂🫶🏻.

Boy oh boy do they do it in style in Northern Ireland. What a wedding, friendship, food & fun.

We started in Liverpool on Tuesday, headed to Lisburn for 2 days. Today the wedding sharrabang hits Belfast. Hold on to yer hats, got a bit of research to do….artisan foodie adventures international.
