Come and join us for a beautiful evening dedicated to deep relaxation, restoration and connection.
Be guided by Jo Oliver and Julia Sanders through a multi-sensory experience combining the warmth and ancient traditions of a Finnish inspired sauna ritual followed the deeply calming vibrations of a sound bath.
Allow yourself to slow down, switch off from the outside world and simply breathe, relax and be present. Expect soothing sounds, warmth, beautiful aromas and moments of stillness designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, grounded and deeply relaxed.

What a summer we are having!! Lots of swimmers cooling off today from 7am until 7pm! Even a few sauna clients in too! We have a wedding on this weekend so slots will reopen on Sunday. Is this the last heatwave? Could actually do with some rain now!
