As a travel agent I check and double check the new passport and visa entry requirements for your destination, I also make sure that your passport is valid and in date, and I also give that extra special touch of checking you in for the holiday and booking your seats for you.
I have also gone that extra special mile for my customers and friends, and contact tour operators, cruise companies, and hotels within my customers booking, ensuring that their specialist dedicated Customer care teams are contacted regarding all special requests, requirements and disability needs, this is my personal touch to you my customers and friends, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
I also contact the relevant airport and airline special assistance teams for my customers with disability needs, to ensure that they are looked after and cared for.
