We enjoyed a wonderful two-day tour of Scotland with our new American friends. Our journey took us through Scotland's rich tapestry of history and natural beauty, where we explored ancient standing stones that have weathered millennia, wandered through majestic castle ruins steeped in centuries of legend, and gazed across the serene waters of pristine lochs reflecting the dramatic Highland landscape.

We delved into fascinating Viking heritage sites, uncovering stories of Norse raiders and settlers who once called these lands home. The highlight of our adventure was meeting the gentle giants of the Highlands – the iconic shaggy Highland cattle, or "coos" as they're affectionately known locally, whose endearing presence perfectly captured the charm of the Scottish countryside.

It was a perfect blend of ancient history, breathtaking scenery, and memorable encounters that gave our guests an authentic taste of Scotland's timeless allure.

Sadly I had to say goodbye to my bonnie lassies as our 9 day tour comes to an end. We had to go out in style by visiting Braemar, Scone , Dunfermline and Midhope. It was an absolute blast to have you all and I look forward to your next visit to Scotland.

The day blessed us with perfect weather as we explored three magnificent castles: Balmoral, Craigievar, and Fyvie. Under the dappled light of a perfect Scottish spring day, we journeyed through historic St Andrews and the majestic Scone Palace. The crown jewel of our adventure was Kinclaven Woods, where carpets of bluebells created a breathtaking purple-blue tapestry across the forest floor, their delicate fragrance perfuming the air as sunshine filtered through the ancient canopy. Absolute Bliss 😎
