It is with great sadness that we share the news of the sudden and unexpected passing of our dear friend and colleague, Steve Bridgman MBE, over the weekend.

Steve was our Safety and Compliance Monitoring Manager and a consummate professional who was held in the highest regard by everyone who had the pleasure of working with him. His passing leaves an enormous hole in our organisation and an even greater void in the lives of his wife and family, who are in our thoughts at this incredibly difficult time.

Steve will be deeply missed by us all, both personally and professionally. We are grateful to have known and worked alongside him, and his contribution to our organisation will not be forgotten.

Our heartfelt condolences go to his wife, family and all those who knew and loved him.

Air Charter Scotland was delighted to attend this week's The Air Charter Association Air Charter Excellence Awards, with Jack Page, Michelle McMullan (R) and Rebekka Wilson (L) representing the business.

We are incredibly proud to have been named finalists for Charter Operator of the Year. This recognition reflects the dedication, professionalism and commitment of our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients — this achievement belongs to you!

Our sincere thanks to The Air Charter Association for hosting an excellent evening in London, bringing together colleagues, partners and friends from across the industry and congratulations to all the finalists and winners.

Air Charter Scotland has earned praise for maintaining high levels of reliability on its flights from Wick to Aberdeen and Glasgow.
Members of the Royal Burgh of Wick Community Council welcomed the growth in passenger numbers on the two PSO routes and were encouraged to hear about the rate of advance bookings. At the same time, “teething problems” were noted with the online booking system.
