Today is the anniversary of the Massacre of Glencoe. If you've travelled there with us in the past you will be aware of the sombre history. You can free it in the air as you walk, drive or cycle through the area. Take a moment to remember the fallen.

We haven't had much news to be happy about recently. However hearing that the City of Perth will get to be the home of the Stone of Destiny after the refurbishment of the City Centre and Town Hall is complete is great news.

Today I learned of the passing of one of the many Brazilians who inspired me as a group to keep going with my business when I was at my lowest. While I may not have been very close to Gabriela, it is heart-breaking to hear of her passing. She was left awestruck by Scotland and I can't help but feel like we've lost a little of our soul tonight as I write this.

Cherish the people you have around you, each memory is a part of your story. My heart aches tonight and I will have her family and friends in my thoughts.

Would you be interested in a Twitch Channel that streamed "tours" where we have our ever ginger guide sharing the pics as if we were journeying and telling the stories etc. We might even be able to do bus bingo!

We've been a little more than silent over the lockdown. It's not easy to go from being so busy and seeing everyone every weekend to just having nothing. We won't be restarting in July when tourism reopens in Scotland. Our main client base is international students and we are obviously waiting to see how other places deal with reopening first. There could be big changes to everything that we do as a company and that means all the tours will need to be restructured, rerouted and stops for comfort reanalysed. Our entire model is going to have to change. The university's are all behind us and we are working with them on delivering something in September (most likely digital) for new students. So watch this space and always feel free to get in touch if you want ideas for places to go by yourself or other companies that we recommend or work with in the meantime.

All April 2020 tours are now cancelled and refunds have been issued. We do not imagine that our May 2020 tours will operate. If you book onto one you will be informed and refunded if necessary.
