As well as buying and making them part of your daily practise, making your own flower essences can be incredibly therapeutic. Plants move in a much slower time frame than us, so spending at least half an hour checking in, grounding, drawing and being with the plant first before listening and setting intention for the medicine. It really is a wonderfully regulating way to deeply connect with the earth and your true self, as well as regulate your nervous system.

I add vibrational essences to everything I make. Why would you not !💗

British Smoke Wands, Saining Bundles, Cleansing Rods..whatever you call them, there is something absolutely undeniably magical about this process. All done with love and intention 💕 so rewarding. Humans have always used their native herbs in this way, to cleanse our own energy and our homes and sacred places. It is such a beautiful practise.
