As Iโm sure you can imagine, the office has been extremely busy over the past month since the Middle East crisis began. Unfortunately as a specialist of the area, I had lots of affected bookings that were due to depart very soon & customers already out in resort that we needed to get safely home as a matter of priority.
Iโm very proud to say that working alongside our amazing duty office (and through lots of blood, sweat & tears) we have managed to re-arrange all whose plans have been altered, and returned refunds to anyone that had their holiday plans cancelled outside of their control. ๐ก๐ผ ๐ถ๐ณ๐, ๐ป๐ผ ๐ฏ๐๐๐. Thats exactly why I can confidently advertise complete & utter financial protection as an industry leading tour operator ๐
As usual when a crisis happens, I have also been inundated with messages from people who are completely stuck & had no help whatsoever from their travel providers. Whilst Iโm always happy to help someone in need, I really do hope this serves as another gentle reminder that when booking a holiday it is important to use someone who has genuine expertise & experience in the industry - and who is up to date (and adheres to) package travel regulations. This is where most people get caught out & end up losing huge amounts of money.
A massive thank you to my family & friends too, that have had so much patience & understanding with me when Iโve had to cancel & change so many plans due to last minute emergencies โค๏ธ always grateful for your support ๐๐ฝ
Lots of people are asking โdo you think I should hold off booking for the summer holidaysโ etc? The honest answer is no, there is now more than ever a huge focus towards areas like Greece & Spain that will quickly sell out due to the growing demand.
