Hey, I am Jade, Gloucester Care - coordinator.

My journey with Flexicare began in May 2022 as a carer for the Gloucester branch. I loved the flexibility of the role around my young children. Then, in January 2023, I took on the role as Gloucester care co-ordinator, alongside my colleague Julie. I am excited to be starting my PTTLS and train the trainer course later this year.

I am married and have three young children, a dog called Ginny and a cat called Koda!

When I am not working, I love to spend time outdoors with my family! I love holidays, the theatre and baking!

Hello,

My name is Julie, I have worked with Flexicare since July 2010, and I am currently the care coordinator at the Gloucester branch.

I started my journey with Flexicare as a carer and was passionate about delivering outstanding care with the understanding that continuity for those we care for is so important. I still care for one of my regular clients and enjoy seeing the impact I have to their life. I stepped into the coordination role when Jenna went on Maternity leave for her first son, and I have been here ever since! I now work closely with my colleague Jade to ensure smooth operations over the Gloucester branch.

I have two children and two grandchildren and play an active role in family life. I enjoy running, Pilates and yoga and walking my dog Tilly around the local area 😊

Hello, my name is Heidi. I started working at Flexicare in 2019 as a bank carer. It was such a rewarding role and I loved being out in the community and being able to help others.

With my Management & Leadership skills, I was able to develop Flexicare’s HR team to allow the business to work more efficiently. This then progressed into my current role as Registered Manager of the Newent & Ledbury branch.

I am married, with 2 sons who both keep me very busy, along with our dog Cooper.

I love to travel and enjoy spending time and making memories with my friends & family!

Hello, I am Jo.

I have been with Flexicare for 16 years starting as a carer, then team leader in Gloucester. I moved to the Stroud branch at its inception 7 years ago as care co-ordinator and became Registered Manager for the Stroud branch in August 2023. I still enjoy going out to provide care to our clients . I work alongside Bex and Michaela, the two Stroud co-ordinators.

I have three children, and two beautiful granddaughters. In my spare time I like to travel the country enjoying mini breaks, sightseeing, and enjoying nature.

My name is Sarah. I have worked at Flexicare since 2000. Originally as a carer then the Company Risk Assessor. I was then given the opportunity to become Registered Manager. I have thoroughly enjoyed this role. Being able to support numerous clients over the years has been extremely rewarding.

I am married with one daughter and one granddaughter. I enjoy travelling. Reading and my garden. I enjoy visiting different countries in Europe and learning about their culture. I also enjoy photography and take numerous photos on my travels.
