Care Assistant vacancy covering Frampton and Dursley – 27 hours per week

This position follows a fixed daytime and evening shift pattern:

☀️ Monday: 7am–2:30pm

🌙 Friday: 4pm–10pm

☀️🌙 Sunday: 7am–2:30pm and 4pm–10pm

Applicants must be able to commit to the complete shift pattern.

💙 £14.00–£14.60 per hour
💚 £16.68 per hour when on call, plus an on-call retainer
💙 Paid travel time and mileage
💚 Full training and ongoing support
💙 Free Blue Light Card

We are hiring Care Assistants in Brimscombe, Chalford & Bussage – daytime and evening hours available!

We have a selection of fixed shift patterns available:

☀️ Daytime – 16 hours per week

• Monday and Saturday, 7am–3pm
• Wednesday and Sunday, 7am–3pm

Please note: Applicants choosing a daytime pattern must also work one of the evening patterns listed below.

🌙 Evenings – 13 hours per week

• Monday and Friday, 3:30pm–10pm
• Tuesday and Saturday, 3:30pm–10pm
• Wednesday and Sunday, 3:30pm–10pm

🌙 Evenings – 19.5 hours per week

• Monday, Friday and Saturday, 3:30pm–10pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, 3:30pm–10pm

Evening patterns can be worked on their own, without a daytime pattern.

💙 £14.00–£14.60 per hour
💚 £16.68 per hour when on call, plus an on-call retainer

Today, our Registered Manager, Heidi, had the pleasure of accompanying one of our wonderful carers, Maisie, to an awards event hosted by the Dementia Education Team at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust

It was a proud moment to see Maisie receive her certificate after successfully achieving her Dementia Lead recognition.

This is a fantastic accomplishment and a testament to her hard work, dedication, and commitment to delivering exceptional dementia care.

The event was a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other organisations across the health and care sector while celebrating everyone's achievements.

As our newly recognised Dementia Lead, Maisie will be sharing her knowledge, skills, and best practice with our clients, their families, and our colleagues, helping us to continue delivering the highest standards of person-centred dementia care and supporting those living with dementia every step of the way.
