White Rose Ultra – Volunteer Opportunities Now Open
Let’s take a look over the next few days at each of the roles, giving you insite into what’s needed from you.
Aid Station Support – WRU Route Stops
There are three support stops along the route:
* Two water-only stations
* One full aid station with snacks and additional supplies
Each stop simply requires a team to staff the location until all participants have passed through.
Timing & Availability: �If you're available between 09:00 and 14:00, please let us know your preferred time window and general location. We'll assign you to the most suitable station based on your availability.
On Arrival: �All equipment—including tables, water, and supplies—will be in place before you arrive. Ideally, we’d like three volunteers per location.
And of course, feel free to snap a few photos, bring some tunes and anything else you fancy—it's always great to capture the atmosphere!

* Course Marking & Route Checks
* Marshalling

Volunteer Benefits
As a thank-you for your support, all volunteers will receive:
* Up to £75 in event credit to use on any RUNABLE or Drop Events during the 2025/26 season
* Complimentary meals provided on the day
