It was such an honour to cater for the Heart of Ulverston Awards again this year, and what a night it was... better than ever! Congratulations to all the finalists and winners on your achievements!

We fed 200 guests with a 3 course meal including-

-Homemade leek and potato soup, straw potatoes, herb oil
-Crispy skin chicken, garlic mash, bourguignon garnish, parsley crumb, chicken jus
-Lemon posset, blueberry compote, white chocolate cookie, meringue kisses

Our homemade bread is served with salted butter to start , followed by your wedding breakfast of choice 🍞😍
