🎄 Festive Forest Update 🎄

This update has been emailed out to all ticket holders for this year's event.

It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce the postponement of Beecraigs Festive Forest 2020. The wellbeing of our customers and staff has been our priority from the outset and we went to great lengths to ensure we could put on a safe, fun, family event. However, following the most recent government updates and Covid-19 tier restrictions, it is clear we cannot now continue with the event this year.

On making this announcement we are now able to offer ticket holders the following two options:

OPTION 1 - TRANSFER TO BFF 2021

Our commitment to ticket holders is that their ticket automatically transfers to the corresponding day in December 2021. Example: Tickets for Friday 11th December at 7pm 2020 will be changed to Friday 10th December 2021 at 7pm.
By carrying forward your tickets to 2021 you are supporting an independent business and ensuring the long term future of the event.

✨ Friends of the Festive Forest ✨
To show our sincere gratitude to all our valued customers who have agreed to carry forward their tickets to next year, we will invite you to be registered as part of our new and exclusive "Friends of The Festive Forest" loyalty scheme.

The scheme is designed to provide extra privileges to all our key supporters of the event by offering pre-sale ticket offers, discounts on food, drinks, merchandise, rides. exclusive VIP packages and competitions.

All will be announced in the new year so watch this space for this exciting news in 2021! Our heartfelt thanks to all that are able and willing to transfer their tickets.

OPTION 2 - REFUND

Should you sadly be unable to make 2021 and wish to request a refund on your 2020 ticket please visit our website www.beecraigsfestiveforest.com.

Please have your booking information ready. Please note, the refund will include the face value paid for the ticket. The booking fee is retained by the ticket company (not BFF or Rowen Events Limited) to process the booking and refund.

We please ask for patience on refund requests as this is obviously an exceptional situation and we are working flat out with a very small team of staff. So it may take time to manage all the administration.

TIMESCALE

All refund requests must be received by 5pm on Friday 27th November 2020. Beyond that, we will automatically carry your tickets over to 2021 (Option 1).

In writing this, we appreciate that our event is not a priority at present and we sincerely hope that you all stay safe and healthy this Christmas and hope we can look forward to better times.

We really do hope you can join us back in the Beecraigs Festive Forest in 2021. we promise you will be back BIGGER and BETTER than ever before.

Yesterday we brought you inside our lizard room to see what had for his meal! Today we'll let you see what our Bill and Ben will be having!

Red foots, as they are what we call omnivorous. They require a diet of both plants and protein. Where they get their protein from varies greatly, and we try and mix it up from Morio, Wax worms and pinkie mice to boiled eggs! Tonight they are enjoying the classic combination of Strawberries and Eggs!

Whilst it has been quiet throughout , behind the scenes our stars still need all the attention we can give them. This is out Chinese Water Dragon having his evening meal!

These lizards are fantastic, and although small he is incredibly quick. They come from a very humid environment and humidity levels that would be considered unhealthy for alot of reptiles, are exactly what he needs! He has such a cute face you just want to kiss... Possibly after he's ate his bug though!

Who needs a dog when you have a Bella! This is Bella, our Bearded Dragon. She is an incredible lizard and is fantastic to learn about. We cannot wait to introduce her to participants when lockdown is over!
