We are excited to announce a partnership with Voices of War, who have developed the digital archive that gives our guides the Life Stories of those who lived through the battles in our guidebooks.

Their database launches on 17th September 2023 to coincide with the anniversary of operation Market Garden. Follow them for updates on the progress and to see some sample life stories as they are published.

You will also find these start to appear in our battlefield guides so look out for !

We can say that at 3pm today we were extremely proud to and honour the lovely Gerry Wells, our WWII . He made a lovely toast and was plied with Calvados after a lovely meal from the Fox in . Our rendition of was not bad either! Happy VE Day to everyone out there X

We've been going round taking snaps of the decorations and found this lovely little collection of vintage tractors. The middle one is 75 years old and the owners grandfather took delivery of it s couple of weeks after ! Send us your images as I'll be making little videos over the next few days X don't forget your 3pm clap!
