It is perfectly situated in a peaceful location just a few minutes stroll from the cobbled centre of Grassington. We have always loved Grassington and the surrounding countryside, and have been visiting the village since our children were young. An opportunity arose to purchase Hill Top Cottage in December 2016 (all from being in the right place at the right time) and we were overjoyed to become i

ts new owners. Our pretty 17th century cottage, accommodating 4 people in 3 bedrooms, is perfectly situated in a peaceful location just a few minutes stroll from the cobbled centre of Grassington in the heart of Wharfedale with all its shops, restaurants and pubs. It also has the benefit of parking for 1 car. Hill Top Cottage has been completely renovated throughout, yet still retains its charm and character with many original features. The lounge has exposed beams and a stone fireplace with a Broseley electric stove. The master bedroom also has exposed beams, with pine flooring and a medieval style bed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a dining area for 4 people. Our cottage is warm and cosy in the winter, and guests can enjoy panoramic views and alfresco dining on the sunny south facing patio in the summer. It certainly offers a superb retreat in which to relax and unwind. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
