Hello everyone,
This is just a polite but firm message.
In the event one of the gas bottles run empty out of office hours, unfortunately all hands are tied until when the office re-opens and a new gas bottle will be paid for and delivered first thing the following morning.
If you are wanting a hot shower, fortunately there is a shower block which is less than a 1 minute walk away from our caravans.
Many may find this inconvenient however, this happens to owners and guests probably everyday and won’t be the first or last time this happens with us and our guests i would imagine. And also again, all hands are tied but this doesn’t prevent a hot shower considering there is a short term solution until a new gas bottle is delivered the following morning.
Failure to understand this, and any rude or aggressive behaviour towards us will completely not be tolerated and may result in us asking you to leave our caravans and no refunds given.
We hope this is understood and we hope you are looking forward to your holidays in our caravans ☺️
