Eve - super dog-friendly holiday beach bungalow

Eve has a lot of regular guests who have stayed since day 1 who I'm hoping will try our other cottages. I've been following the debate about dog-friendly holidays, as I don't think any of our guests have not brought dogs along, not a single booking. So the debate was 'What really is dog-friendly and what is dog-tolerant', with guests arriving to find signs on the wall saying "No dogs upstairs!" "No dogs on the furniture".
My personal doggy needs have changed recently: I need one level properties with a large garden - which is why Eve is up for sale, our dogs really need a large paddock sized garden.
I wondered what guests look for in a holiday cottage?
Is it a nearby beach, pub or fish and chips shop? Or peace and quiet? Being able to walk to a beach or forest?

Here's some doggy guests enjoying their stay at Eve a couple of weeks ago. When it isn't 'sunbathing weather' it's still lovely to visit the seaside, have an ice cream or get a warm sausage roll from Scratby Bakery and have a brisk walk along the beach.
We only have one long weekend (August 14-17) left until late October now.

Another lovely review from regular guests. The California Tavern often gets a mention - it has a local band on Saturday nights, meals most lunch and dinner times and does a very good carvery on Sundays (booking ahead is always advised) pets welcome as well, it's not far from Dawn, so guests staying there should pay a visit - although the Lacon Arms is good too.
Eve is being valued this Friday for sale, I'm hoping it will go to someone interested in extending their holiday property portfolio then guests can continue enjoying it. Reason for sale is that I'm 60 next month and want to buy the place I want to retire to - which I will be holiday letting beforehand. Dawn and Luna were refurbished by my son Jamie and I, Eve was largely completed by tradesmen, so there's emotional connection at the other two. Hence Eve sadly has to go. I will be honouring all bookings, and will keep guests post September informed, as I've been advised to put it up for sale late April and if it sells it will be at least 6-8 months before I hand over keys.
As far as where I want to retire to is the big question: maybe rural/coastal Norfolk or Suffolk or the west country.
