With 5 beautiful bedrooms to choose from (3KS or 2 KS & 1 twin, 1 Double on ground floor and 1 bunk room), 2 luxury bathrooms (1 on ground floor), marketed for 2-8 guests (ask for up to 2 more) plus 2 travel cots and 3 well behaved dogs can stay for free (ask - more if small breeds).

Lovely bright sitting room with log burner, SMART TVs throughout with free Netflix. Prime etc, a stunning large luxury open plan kitchen, dining, family room. S/FAST BT WiFi. . Secure sunny garden with dining and gas bbq and free on street parking.

Wonderful and extremely well equipped for adults, children, babies and pooches and a beautifully furnished cottage.

Just a 5 minute walk (or less) to our glorious (ALL dog friendly) - beach, dunes (AONB), fab pub, tea room/post office and beach cafe plus a great chippy and corner shop.

Dunes Cottage has fantastic 5 star reviews, free parking,log burner and secure sunny gardens with dining, lighting and gas bbq (gas provided). Fabulous large open plan kitchen, dining, family room, separate sitting room, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a double and shower room on ground floor). Flexible accommodation. Priced for 2-8 guests. Sleeps max 8 adults & 2 children (10 guests are by negotiation)

Extremely dog friendly and up to 3 well behaved pooches stay free (ask for more if small breeds). Our cottage is spacious and extremely well equipped, beautifully decorated and furnished. Our check-in days are Fridays, Mondays or Tuesdays.
