I’ve worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, from an early age with my parents, with my husband Craig, and of course in my job. If there is somewhere that I haven’t visited yet, chances are I know someone who has, and it’s probably on my bucket list! Travel is the perfect career for me because I have a real passion for exploring

new destinations, and creating happy memories (and taking lots of pictures!) along the way that I can share with colleagues and clients. I love all types of holidays, especially cruises! Yesterday we arrived into Niagara Falls from Toronto in the Niagara Airbus and we had an extra special day with lots of spectacular sights and views. The Hyatt Regency Fallsview is in such an amazing location and our rooms overlooking the Horseshoe Fall and towards the American Falls, in my opinion, can’t be beaten.
We then took the Falls Incline Railway down to the Falls followed by visits to Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara Takes Flight, Cruise Niagara, saw the Lights Display and the fireworks. I really can’t recommend a visit to Niagara Falls enough.

We had another full day in Toronto yesterday with visits to the National Hockey Museum (and the fabulous Stanley Cup) plus lunch at the 360 Restaurant at the CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada.

Today we’re off to Niagara Falls for more amazing visits and experiences that you won’t want to miss.

Yesterday was a travel day and arrival into Toronto for my few days here to get acquainted with this wonderful city. I’ll be posting my photos from around the area and some local snippets for you to enjoy.
We flew from Glasgow with Air Transat and I can honestly say that we had a really great experience from check-in to onboard service and also our arrival into Toronto. We took the Up train from the airport to the city and I can totally recommend this to anyone arriving. It was such a quick and easy way to get from the airport. We then took an Uber from the train station to our hotel - the Chelsea Hotel which is the largest hotel in Toronto with nearly 1600 rooms. After checking in we had some free time to enjoy the area around the hotel and to get something to eat.
