Toilets
There are 2 disabled toilets located within the shopping centre, each toilet require a radar key to access. Radar keys can purchased from Inverclyde Disability, 51 Hamilton Way, Greenock 0800 019 1182, open Mon- Sat 10am - 4pm. Town Centre public toilets are located in Hunters Place, adjacent to the Oak Mall car park. . Car Park
Oak Mall has 2 car parks; Hunters Place and King Street offering 90 car-parking spaces.
*All car parks are £1 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours, thereafter a fine will be imposed by the parking company controlling the car parks. Security
For your safety and security, Oak Mall is covered by a network of CCTV cameras. The malls are patrolled by fully trained security officers and first aid care is available if required. Disabled Access
Oak Mall is mainly set out on one level, making it easily accessible for disabled visitors. There are 4 spaces for disabled shoppers in the Hunter Place car park and a Shopmobility unit within the Centre, in Upper Clyde Square, which offers powered and manual wheelchairs (telephone 01475 732600 for more information). Oak Mall can easily be seen from the bus station at Kilblain Street and is approximately a 2 minute walk. Further information can be obtained from the local bus service, operated by McGill’s Buses, for times and fares visit www.mcgillsbuses.co.uk

By Train
Shoppers travelling to the Centre by train can alight at either Greenock Central or Greenock West stations. As you exit Greenock Central, turn left and Oak Mall is a simple 5 minute walk away. Greenock West is approximately a 10 minute walk, via Inverkip Street. Please log on to www.streetmap.co.uk for more detailed directions. There is a taxi rank close to Oak Mall, on Kilblain Street. Oak Mall can easily be seen from the rank and is approximately a 2 minute walk.
