ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:

When you put a claim complaint in via our claims company you may receive a letter shortly from your bank offering you a settlement.

In this event if you feel your claim is worth more you MUST NOT accept this offer and inform our claims company, who will give you advice and if they feel it's worth appealing for more then they will do this.

If you accept the offer from the bank then you won't get the full amount and the case is closed. Again this is an attempt by banks to belittle their clients and reduce the amounts of compensation by paying you early!!
