Sorry this has just been taken.

Last availability in August, 5 nights from the 15th to the 19th, the total cost will be £600 if booked directly with us. A 10% deposit will secure the booking with the balance due 2 weeks before arrival.

As well as the pub and garage, the village now has a coffee and snack trailer on most days of the week, the toasted sandwiches are fantastic! The pub also has a new children's playground.

Due to a last minute cancellation we have a 3 or 4 night break available from the 4th July at our cottage in the Lake District. The price will be £390 for 3 nights or £490 for 4 nights. If you book directly with us there will be no booking fee.

Spring Gardens holiday cottage is situated just 10 minutes from the broad open expanse of beach at Askam or just 15 minutes from the sand dunes at Roanhead, both with stunning views towards the Lake District mountains.

With its fully enclosed garden in hailing distance of the Greyhound Inn, the log burner, comfortable beds, and treats on your arrival, it is the perfect place for a spring get away.

Just £50 per night and a service charge of £90, so a 3 day break for 4 people, plus a dog would cost just £240, that's just £80 per night.

Please contact for availability and to reserve your dates with a 10% non-refundable deposit. Balance is due 1 week prior to your booking date, after which a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.

We are now taking bookings for our holiday cottage in the Lake District. you can find us on Airbnb or Vbro, or if you prefer you can contact us directly on Messenger for availability and pricing.

Our cottage is professionally cleaned and all linens and towels are provided. We also offer a full refund if government restrictions mean that you have to cancel your holiday.

Prices range from £90 to £110 per night depending on the time of year and length of your stay.

We are using the cottage ourselves this week and have brought both of our mums away with us for a short holiday, both are named Jen. apart from one day the weather has been okay, and I think we are of to Grange Over Sands tomorrow and Sunday lunch at the Greyhound Inn. Sorry there are no spaces until mid November.
