Two minutes walk from our beautiful group accommodation.mansion .

Amazing disco kitchen it is fully equipped to make meals .
Jukebox has Bluetooth so you can bring your own play list over have 1000 s cd from every genre.

the day Cragside National Trust .
It’s 50 minutes drive from Greystonedale . The house and gardens are just stunning.
It was built as the holiday retreat for the industrialist Lord Armstrong.
His friend Joseph Wilson Swan invented the electric light bulb .( my ancestor ) .
Cragside was one of the first houses lit by electric and definitely the first lit by hydro electric.
Armstrong planted millions of trees and plants to make his perfect paradise.
The trees are staggering.
We have planted lots of trees and some of the ideas for our Gothic style came from Cragside.
Over the Christmas period Cragside are having a magical fairy trail through the house and garden with The Worlds Largest living Christmas tree the highlight.
