Venue Manager | Full-Time | £31,200 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager to lead daily operations at The Puddled Duck. If you’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, managing a team, and creating a warm, welcoming environment – we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer:
✔️ £31,200 salary
✔️ 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
✔️ Birthday off
✔️ Employee wellness programme
✔️ Flexible working hours

What you’ll be doing:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations
• Managing and developing bar staff
• Planning rotas and managing stock
• Booking entertainment and organising events
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service

Requirements:
• A valid Personal Licence
• Minimum 2 years of venue management experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
