Your visa cover letter is not supposed to be a long story about your life. No nah!
I see people write cover letters that are almost like a full autobiography, and honestly, that is not the point.
Your visa cover letter should simply help the visa officer understand your trip.
Tell them why you are travelling, where you are going, when you intend to travel, what you plan to do there, who is paying for the trip, and why you will return home after the trip.
If there are things in your application that may need explanation, such as a recent change of job, a large deposit in your account, or a previous visa refusal, this is also where you can explain them clearly.
The goal is not to impress the visa officer with big grammar. Not at all!
The goal is to make your application clear, consistent and easy to understand.
So before you start writing plenty plenty things, ask yourself:
"If I were the visa officer, would this letter help me understand this person's trip?"
If the answer is no, abeg edit am oooo.
