This is a good day to remind you this:

Arrive at the airport earlier enough.

Domestic flight✈️: at least two hours before the departure time

International flight✈️: At least three hours before the departure time.

We can't get tired of reminding our passengers.

REMOVE YOUR TAG FROM YOUR TRAVELLING BAGS.

You boarded an aircraft for the past six months, but you still have that tag from the airport on your luggage. Ah ah nah! Be calming down and remove it.

Though I don't know the reason some of you leave the tags on your luggage, but I'm just here to let you know something.

See eh, your tag contains your travel information. Who knows? This travel information can be used by someone who doesn't like you. Hope you understand. Yeah!

In a situation where the tag wasn't removed, it can confuse those handling your luggage on your next trip. Just avoid such stories by removing your tags.

Apart from these reasons, your bags need to be neat. No dey leave tags make your bags fine well well. You can just remove it immediately you retrieve your luggage.

Each time you try to book a flight ticket, always check the number of stops and the duration on each stopover.

Someone reached out to me about this. She booked a flight to Dakar but didn't check the stops properly. On her travel day, she set out to travel only to be confused at some point. She said, the airline was doing "pick and drop"😂. According to her, the journey has lasted more than the hours on the ticket. Actually, she thought she was in big trouble.

You know when you're travelling but one mind is telling you, you're being taken to the wrong destination. Yeah! So, her reaching out to me was to be sure she's still safe.

I asked her to send the ticket to me, which she did and when I looked at it, I confirmed where the problem came from. The fare was cheaper, so she just paid without looking at the details of the flight.

Please, don't be like this person. Always reach out to people who can help you. We can advise you on what to do, even if we are not the one to issue your ticket.

Step-by-Step Guide: Apply for the New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot (NBCWP), Canada 🇨🇦

What is NBCWP?
A Canadian immigration pilot that lets you move to New Brunswick with a job offer from one of six designated employers and eventually apply for Permanent Residency (PR).

STEP 1: Check Your Eligibility

Make sure you meet the following:

Age: 19–55 years

1 year of work experience (within last 5 years)
Minimum education: High school diploma (WASSCE/SSCE accepted with assessment)
Language: Basic English or French (CLB 4 or equivalent IELTS)

Willing to live and work in New Brunswick

STEP 2: Search for Jobs with Approved Employers

You must secure a full-time, permanent job from one of these 6 employers:

1. Cooke Aquaculture

2. Groupe Savoie

3. Groupe Westco

4. Imperial Manufacturing

5. J.D. Irving Ltd.

6. McCain Foods

Job roles may include:

Factory Worker

Fish Plant Worker

Sawmill Worker

Truck Driver

Food Processor

Farmhand

STEP 3: Apply for the Job

Go directly to the employer’s website to apply
Submit a CV/resume and cover letter

Highlight:
Relevant work experience
Willingness to relocate to New Brunswick
Be ready for an online interview (Zoom/Skype).

STEP 4: Receive a Job Offer

If selected, the employer will:

Assist with your settlement plan (housing, language, transportation)

Start your PR nomination through the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP).

STEP 5: Get Nominated

Your employer sends your documents to NBPNP. If approved:

You receive a Nomination Certificate

You’re eligible to apply for PR and a temporary work permit.

STEP 6: Apply for Canadian PR

Submit your PR application to IRCC with:

Nomination Certificate

Medical and Police Clearance

CLB 4 Language Results

Passport, Job Offer, Education & Work History

PR Processing Time: Approx. 20–21 months, but you can start working in Canada while it’s being processed.
