Shepherd's Delight The hut is set within it's own woodland which you have to yourselves. A romantic retreat. It sleeps You will share the woodland only with the local wildlife.

Shepherd's Delight is a bespoke shepherd's hut within it's own woodland in our 5 acre field. There's a wood burning hot tub-an amazing outdoor experience under the stars. It's a real escape from the daily grind. The hut itself is fully insulated with double gazed windows. A wood burner keeps you cosy, heats your kettle and cooks your food. In the woodland is a fire pit to just sit round or even co

ok over on the tripod, a BBQ and a washstand and composting toilet (so much nicer than the usual camping toilet facilities). It is completely private. There is a warm water outdoor shower-a truly unique experience. There is a proper sprung mattress on the double bed with luxury bed linen and an alpaca fleece duvet (warm in the winter, cool in the summer & naturally hypoallergenic) which has been made for us using our own alpaca fleece. Everything you should require for a relaxing holiday is provided within the hut. Whilst the hut is off grid we have facilities which can charge phones or tablets. The price is £110/night minimum two night stay - three night minimum stay @£120/n over a bank holiday weekend. The hot tub is an additional £20/session.

Our guests comments often make me want to do a happy dance - this one is very special.
"This was the most wonderful place to spend our honeymoon. It is so gorgeous and peaceful. Our first night in the tub with the rain was magical.
We first visited in 2016 as our first time away together as a couple and to be back 10 years later and celebrating our wedding is so lovely.
The attention to detail, the cosiness and all the special little touches make this such an enchanting place.
Hoping to be back every year to celebrate our anniversary! Thank you."
