Spring arrives at the Wild Mushroom next Thursday 14th May, with an exclusive ten-course tasting experience celebrating the seasons finest flavours.
Expect delicate spring produce and our usual friendly professional service.
Some of the courses to whet your appetite; Crab Arancini with Lemon Mayonnaise, followed by Asparagus Mousse with Trout Caviar & Pickled Mushrooms. Then Leek and Cured Salmon Terrine with Wild Garlic Emulsion, to name a few courses
