Situated on one of the two premium pitches at Combe Haven, designed predominantly for owners, our caravan features gated decking and a private patio area to the rear in a quiet cul-de-sac. The patio includes artificial grass, a table, chairs, and a BBQ, providing a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation. Our 6-berth, 3-bedroom caravan includes a double bedroom with an en suite toilet, and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds. The caravan is equipped with central heating, double glazing, and free Wi-Fi for your comfort. Facilities include a 43-inch smart TV in the lounge, a DVD player with a collection of DVDs, and TVs in all the bedrooms. There is a separate toilet and shower room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-sized cooker, microwave, air fryer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fridge, tabletop freezer, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, and cookware. Additionally, the caravan is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. Please note that while we provide all duvets and pillows, you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, and toiletries. Unreserved parking is available next to our caravan. We supply cleaning products and kindly ask that you leave the caravan as you find it. If anything needs to be replaced, please let us know.
