Key Information for Guests Booking Privately This Summer🌞
🌞Private rental guests are not permitted on the park before Monday 6th July.
🌞Haven has introduced a new contactless arrival process. I need to pre-register your arrival online. Haven will contact you directly via email. Without this guests will not have access to the park.
🌞Guests must not travel if they are feeling unwell or displaying any coronavirus symptoms. If symptoms develop during your stay you should return home immediately.
🌞 In July only the shop, takeaways and launderette will be open. From August onwards as Government restrictions are lifting, more facilities at the park are open, however, the capacity of these facilities is limited. When guests arrive on the park, you will be given a leaflet that will let you know what is open and available for them to book and they may be given the opportunity to buy a Fun Pass should they wish to. We will not be selling passes to any guests (this includes Haven Hideaway guests) prior to their arrival.

Guests will have access to the below without a Fun Pass:

Supermarkets
Takeaways
Launderettes
Outdoor play parks
Restaurant
Multi-sports court
Arcade


There may also be a limited selection of pay-as-you-go activities you guests can take part in. These will be available to pre-book when guests arrive on the park.

🌞Haven have set out strict rules for owners regarding cleaning. These are in line with their own enhanced cleaning standards and cleanliness guarantee. Some owners clean their caravan themselves and some pay a cleaner or cleaning company. Clarify this with your owner.
🌞Your owner should have written terms & conditions. Especially if you are paying a returnable damage/security deposit/bond. Edit - the arcade is open.
🌞Haven has introduced a new contactless arrival process. Your owner will need to pre-register your arrival online. Haven will contact you direct via email. Without this you will not have access to the park. attributed to you.

Now taking bookings for your "Staycation" 2020. Any week during the summer (Monday to Monday, Friday to Friday) £700. Friday to Monday £400, Monday to Friday £400.
