We invest in high quality amusement machines that are provided free of charge to businesses ! To ensure the ultimate in customer service we don’t tie our customers into contracts – each of our team

members know that if we don’t deliver excellent customer service, our customers can choose someone else! We don't sell beer or own our own Pubs! Our vibrant, dynamic team of smartly uniformed , knowledgeable technicians provide same day service calls & ensure all machines are maximising income and offering the latest tunes & games. We support businesses with our website which is full of useful ‘trade’ information & links. We Upload relevant news items to our page – both media are used to provide Top ‘grow your business’ Tips to our customers i.e. how to maximise pool table income by putting a pool table tournament on or use their jukebox for Bingo! We understand that our customers need to keep their customers loyal – many do this by hosting charity events. We support them by providing free kiddies rides for charitable fun-days; Donating prizes for raffles from a fruit machine to a 5ft Teddybear, to a refurbished pool table for the local youth football teams club! Our main support recently has been assisting customers with the new legislation of Machine Games Duty Tax [MGD] – we are unique in that we provide account-approved receipts and a Free MGD “tax return due” Reminder service and a Free quarterly report that calculates the tax due and details how to complete the tax return. And we also help with the little things , but these are sometimes the most appreciated – our legendary cash change service has saved many a weekend ! If a customer forgets to go to the bank & their till runs out of cash change on a Saturday or Sunday …we will always deliver! We are specialists in the amusement industry, we don’t do anything else, we don’t deliver beer or own our own pubs! We know our team members are our MVP’s , our Most Valuable Players – they enjoy what they do, they are happy and when they arrive at a customer premises – we are confident that they will exceed expectations. Each technician is an expert, whether they repair a machine or give advice on the best leisure machines for each premises – we excel because we are different, we genuinely care about the growth and success of our customers. Specialising in the provision of leisure machines for holiday park games rooms – we analyse income and are proactive in recognising what machines are popular for the clientele specific to that park. We provide the latest licensed prize toys in our Crane grabbers and ten-penny pushers. Promotions that encourage repeat visits to the games room “ win 6 of x for a Giant X” ! Note to coin change machines are provided free of charge to games room .

📋We’re Hiring: Gaming & Amusement Machine Engineer
📍 Devon & Pembrokeshire | Full-Time

We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Gaming & Amusement Machine Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week), with paid overtime available during school holidays.

📍 Location & Working Pattern
- School holidays: Based in Woolacombe, Devon
- Outside school holidays: Mainly based in Pembrokeshire, with travel to other parts of Wales and the South of England as business needs require

This role is ideal for someone happy to work away from home for extended periods and flexible with travel.

🏠 When working away, we provide:
- On-site accommodation
- Company vehicle

🛠 The Role
- Maintenance, repair and support of gaming & amusement machines
- Working independently while being part of a wider team
- Participation in a rota covering evenings, weekends and bank holidays

👤 About You
- Over 25 years old
- Clean driving licence
- Trustworthy, dependable and self-motivated
- A strong team player
- Knowledge of electronics or electrics is desirable but not essential

👉 Full training will be provided, so we’re keen to hear from practical, hands-on individuals who are keen to learn. Salary based on experience.
