So, quite an unusual cruise..because the water levels are so low, we got a load of AstroTurf wrapped around the propellor..so w**d hatch excavation and then had to get the guests off through the back door .Mahoosive thanks to Julie and her partner and to the person who bought me a beer when I got back to the pub!! Who says barging is always relaxing?!!
They all look happy even though!!

So...I am raging..just found out that lock 11 was opened at 1am this morning, draining the Stubbing Wharf pound massively. So now all boats are leaning and out of the water and I got stuck taking a group of people who had to disembark via the back door.I've also had to cancel a full boat trip this afternoon for a 40th birthday..so someone's selfishness has caused me to lose money, a cancelled party and the residents at Stubbing Wharf to fall out of bed!! But as long as your boat's afloat, what do you care?
