I am a Paranormal Investigator, Researcher, Psychic Medium, Author, TV Producer, and Director with a deep passion for exploring the unexplained. Many people know me as the co-host of the Sky Pick TV show Paranormal Captured, and I’ve had the privilege of producing and/or directing several acclaimed paranormal programs, including Destinations of the Damned with Zak Bagans, Destination Fear, Most Terrifying Places, Paranormal Lockdown, Hotel Paranormal, and three seasons of In Search of the Paranormal, among many others.
My fascination with the paranormal began at a young age when I discovered that I had inherited psychic abilities from my mother. Combined with the logical mindset my military father instilled in me, that balance of intuition and reason has been invaluable throughout my career. My first personal encounter with the supernatural came when I became convinced that the home I was living in was haunted — an experience that set me on a lifelong journey for answers. Since then, I’ve investigated hundreds of haunted locations around the world, from the UK, USA, and Europe to the hauntingly beautiful landscapes of South Africa and Zimbabwe.
As an international lecturer, I travel extensively to speak at paranormal conventions, where I share insights into investigative techniques and a wide range of related topics. I’m proud to have earned recognition as one of the leading female paranormal investigators in the world and to have been invited as a keynote speaker at many prestigious events.
In 2011, I founded Sage Paranormal, based in Warwickshire, UK — a company dedicated to hosting paranormal events and experiences. Five years later, in 2016, I launched Sage Paracon, which quickly became the UK’s premier paranormal convention. In 2022, I expanded the experience to the United States with Sage Paracon USA, held in Virginia. Since 2011, my brand has grown to include Sage Dark Departures, offering themed experiences from weekend investigations to 10-night paranormal holidays and even a paranormal cruise to haunted destinations around the globe.
I’m also an author, with two published books — Never Goodbye, Only Goodnight: Lessons From The Afterlife and Beneath The African Sky: Supernatural Africa — both available on Amazon and through various bookstores worldwide. I’m currently hard at work on my third book, due for release next summer.

When I’m not investigating or researching, you’ll usually find me chasing new adventures — performing at open mic nights with my guitar, exploring new places, treasure hunting, cooking, or seeking out adrenaline-fueled experiences. Rarely am I far from something mysterious or exciting.
Travel has always been a huge passion of mine. I am a very curious individual with a love for food, learning different languages, and exploring beautiful places. I love sharing adventures with likeminded paranormal enthusiasts to explore and investigate around the world.
